I was a bit surprised and I am wondering if this is a bad idea for any reason.

The potential buyer does NOT want my product, brand, or any items currently for buy amazon seller account on it.
They take my existing seller account, change the name, EIN, and buy amazon seller account use it to sell completely unrelated product. The concerns of this being a scam or not legit are not warranted. I know the parties involved.
